These terms and the operator

These terms govern your use of the Wise Routine website, account app, desktop app and related services (“Wise Routine” or the “service”). The service is operated by Techswitch, based in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, downloading the app or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

What Wise Routine does

Wise Routine helps you plan activities around busy time in connected calendars and adjust eligible activities when meetings change. Calendar connections are read-only: routine slots live in Wise Routine, not in your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar.

Scheduling depends on your settings, available time, the data providers supply and the state of synchronization. Review your plan and keep your original calendar as the source for meeting commitments. We do not guarantee that every activity will fit, every notification will arrive, or every change will synchronize immediately.

The service is a planning aid, not medical advice, emergency monitoring or a safety-critical system. You remain responsible for your decisions, appointments and appropriate use of any activity or exercise.

Your account and connected calendars

Provide accurate account information, keep control of your sign-in email and protect your devices and credentials. Do not share sign-in codes or session tokens. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connect only accounts and calendars you are authorized to use. If a workplace controls your calendar, you are responsible for obtaining any required organizational permission. Google, Microsoft and other third-party services have their own terms and may restrict or revoke access.

You can disconnect a calendar or change its permissions. Doing so can limit scheduling features. Signing out, revoking provider access and uninstalling the app are not the same as closing your Wise Routine account.

Free use and future paid features

The launch Free offering includes up to three active activity definitions, automatic placement and basic rearrangement. Repeated occurrences of an activity do not count as separate definitions. Duration, frequency, storage and technical limits may also apply and are described in the service.

Free is not an automatically converting paid trial. No card is required for the free core, and creating an account does not authorize charges.

If paid options become available, their price, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. You will only be charged after explicitly choosing a paid option. No founding discount, future feature or price is promised unless we publish its specific terms.

Downloads, previews and updates

Download the app only from an official link on wiseroutine.ai and check its stated system requirements. Mac downloads are offered only when released. Windows and mobile are marked Coming soon; that is not a release date or a promise of a particular feature set.

The interactive sample day and mobile design preview use synthetic information. They are demonstrations, not a connected account, a working mobile app or evidence of live synchronization speed.

Preview features may change, fail or be withdrawn. We may provide updates for security, compatibility and functionality; continued use of some features may require an update. We do not promise support for every operating-system version or uninterrupted background operation.

Acceptable use

You must not use Wise Routine to:

• Break applicable law, infringe another person’s rights or access data without permission.
• Impersonate another person, misuse credentials or bypass access, plan or security controls.
• Distribute malware, interfere with other accounts or deliberately overload the service.
• Scrape private information, probe other users’ data or resell access without our permission.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to you@wiseroutine.ai. Do not access other users’ records or disrupt the service while investigating an issue.

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in information and content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service in accordance with the Privacy policy and your instructions. This does not transfer ownership or authorize selling your calendar data.

Techswitch and its licensors retain rights in the Wise Routine software, design, branding and other service materials. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use released versions of the app for your own or your organization’s internal use.

Do not copy, distribute or modify our proprietary materials beyond that permission, except where applicable law allows it. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses; these terms do not remove rights those licenses give you.

Service changes and availability

We may change the service, its features or technical limits, including to improve reliability, comply with law or respond to provider changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use where practicable and any notice required by law.

We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control. Keep separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Wise Routine is not a backup service for your provider calendar.

Suspension, closing your account and data

You may stop using Wise Routine at any time. To close your account or request an export or deletion, email you@wiseroutine.ai from your account address. Account export and deletion are currently support-assisted. We may verify your identity before acting.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a serious security risk or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal needs may require action without prior notice.

Closing an account does not remove legal obligations that already arose. Data handling, including any necessary retention and backup copies, is described in the Privacy policy. Your applicable privacy and consumer rights continue to apply.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise that it will be error-free, always available or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee a productivity, health or other particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Techswitch is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the service. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by your device, connection or an independent calendar provider, except where the law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory remedies are not waived.

Applicable law and disputes

Subject to mandatory laws that apply to you, these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This does not remove consumer rights to rely on mandatory protections or use a court or regulator available in your place of residence.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from seeking a legal remedy or reporting a concern to a competent authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and notify you of material changes where required. Where new terms require your agreement, we will obtain it rather than treating this page alone as consent.

If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and request account closure. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
