How to reach us

Email you@wiseroutine.ai. One inbox, read by the people who build Wise Routine. Techswitch, the company behind it, is based in the United Arab Emirates, so replies usually arrive on Gulf Standard Time rather than instantly.

It saves a round trip if you include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, the date and time it happened, your timezone, and which calendar provider is connected. Screenshots help. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or authorization tokens - we never need them, and we cannot use them.

We are a small team and do not offer a guaranteed response time. Every message is read.

Getting started

A useful first session is short: create one activity with a duration and a daily frequency, confirm your working days and hours, then connect a calendar. Your activity is placed into the gaps left by your meetings, and you can see why it landed where it did.

You do not need to add several activities, accept notifications or finish a setup checklist before the first plan appears. The sample day on the home page runs entirely in your browser on made-up data, so you can watch the scheduling behaviour before you connect anything real.

The free core keeps three activity definitions active at once. Repeating an activity through the day does not use another slot, and archived or inactive activities do not count against the three.

When a calendar will not connect or stops updating

Signing in with Google or Microsoft and connecting that provider’s calendar are two separate steps. If your meetings are missing, check Settings first: the account may be signed in without a calendar connected, or connected with the individual calendar deselected.

If a connection has stopped refreshing, disconnect the account in Settings and connect it again. That is the fastest fix for an authorization that was revoked, expired, or invalidated by a password change on the provider side.

A work account can be governed by your employer. Some organizations require an administrator to approve a third-party app before it can read any calendar, and that approval is theirs to give, not ours. Personal accounts are not affected by this.

Synchronization is not instantaneous. A meeting you have just changed takes a short while to reach Wise Routine, and activities affected by it are re-placed after it arrives. Your provider calendar stays the source of truth for the meetings themselves - we never write to it.

Installing and updating the app

Download only from the links on wiseroutine.ai. Each download lists the platform and system requirements it was validated against. Platforms not listed there are not yet released, and a build from anywhere else is not one of ours.

The app checks for updates and applies them for you. If an update will not install, quit the app fully and reopen it before trying again; if it still fails, email us the version you are on and what the error said.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not close your account or delete anything stored on our side. See below for that.

Meeting details, disconnecting and notifications

If you would rather we did not keep the titles of your meetings, choose Busy times only in Settings and press Update. That removes meeting titles, descriptions and call links already saved and stops new ones being kept; the times we need for scheduling remain.

Disconnecting a calendar account in Settings removes its saved connection, calendars and imported events. Deselecting a single calendar is not the same thing and does not by itself erase what was already imported from it.

Notifications are optional. You can decline them, or withdraw the permission later in your operating system, and keep using everything else. The privacy policy sets out what is processed and why in full.

Your data, exports and closing your account

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or close your account and have it deleted, email you@wiseroutine.ai from the address your account uses. These requests are handled by a person rather than a button in the app today, so say plainly what you want and we will confirm the scope before acting.

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Some records are kept where the law requires it, and copies can persist in backups until those cycles expire - the privacy policy explains both.

You can also revoke Wise Routine’s access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time. That stops further access, but it is not itself a deletion request; tell us as well if you want the stored copy removed.

Reporting a security issue

Email you@wiseroutine.ai with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please report privately first rather than publishing, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.

While you are investigating, do not access other people’s accounts or data, and do not degrade the service for anyone else. We will not pursue good-faith research that respects those limits.

If you think your own account has been accessed by someone else, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it. The terms of service cover acceptable use more broadly.
