Your calendar is personal. Here’s what Wise Routine processes, why it needs it, and the controls you have.
Who is responsible for your data
Wise Routine is operated by Techswitch, a company based in the United Arab Emirates. Techswitch is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers wiseroutine.ai, the Wise Routine account app, desktop app and related support services.

Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, sign-in records and session information. If you sign in through Google or Microsoft, we may also receive your name, profile image and provider account identifier.
- Routine information: activities, durations, frequency, working hours, timezone, scheduling preferences, planned slots and actions such as starting, completing, skipping or moving a slot.
- Calendar information: connected account and calendar identifiers, calendar names, event identifiers, start/end times, availability and synchronization information. While you allow meeting details to be saved, this also includes meeting titles, and from Google Calendar the event description and call link. The Outlook permission we request returns basic calendar information only, so it does not give us meeting bodies or attachments.
- Connection credentials: authorization tokens that let us maintain a connection you approved. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, request and error logs, and session/security records used to operate and protect the service.
- Support information: messages and any files or details you choose to send us. Please avoid sending passwords, sign-in codes, authorization tokens or unnecessary calendar details.
If you are invited to test optional capture features, we also process the task text, notes, links and files you choose to save. A preview feature is not necessarily available to every account.
Calendar access and your controls
Calendar connections are optional and read-only. We use calendar data to identify occupied time, display meetings and place or adjust your Wise Routine activities. We do not edit your provider meetings or write routine slots back to Google Calendar or Outlook.
Google connection permissions let us list your calendars and read events. Microsoft connection permissions let us read basic calendar information. We request ongoing access so synchronization can continue without asking you to sign in for every request. Signing in with a provider and connecting its calendar are separate actions.
In Settings, select Busy times only and press Update to remove saved meeting titles, descriptions and call links and stop saving new details. Event times and identifiers needed for synchronization remain. The provider may still return details in its API response; we discard those details before saving events while this setting is active. Choosing to save meeting details again lets a later sync fetch them again within the supported sync window.
You can disconnect a calendar account in Settings. This removes its saved connection tokens, calendars and imported events from the active account database; your original provider calendar is unchanged. Deselecting an individual calendar is not the same as disconnecting its account and does not by itself erase its saved data.
You can also revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not itself request deletion of every copy already stored by Wise Routine. Disconnect in Wise Routine or contact us if you also want stored data removed.
How and why we use information
We use information to create and authenticate your account, deliver sign-in codes, synchronize calendars, calculate and display your routine, save your actions and preferences, provide support, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. Scheduling is automated, but you remain responsible for reviewing your plan and deciding what to do.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, your consent for optional processing, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service where that basis is recognized, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for an optional connection by disconnecting it; this does not undo lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service messages, such as sign-in codes and important account or security notices, are separate from marketing. Creating an account does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional emails. If you choose to receive marketing, you can unsubscribe.
Google API data and Limited Use
Wise Routine’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google data only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar and routine features you use. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or advertising profiles, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
We do not allow people to read Google user data except with your affirmative permission for specific support needs, where necessary for security or abuse investigation, or to comply with applicable law. Service providers may process it only as necessary to deliver permitted features and subject to appropriate restrictions.
Cookies, local storage and the sample day
The public marketing site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Its sample day uses synthetic data, runs in your browser and does not connect to your calendar or save a real routine. Hosting providers still process the technical requests needed to deliver the website.
The account app and desktop app use essential cookies or locally stored session credentials, preferences, cached plans and pending actions to keep you signed in and support recovery when your connection drops. These are not advertising profiles. Clearing browser or app storage may sign you out or remove device-local preferences and unsynchronized actions.
Notifications are optional and controlled through the app and your operating system. You can withdraw notification permission without closing your account.
How long information is kept
We keep account information, routine records and preferences while needed to provide your account and the features you use. Older imported calendar events are periodically removed during synchronization; the sync window is not a promise that every stored record or backup is deleted on a fixed day.
Disconnecting a calendar removes its imported data from the active account database as described above. To close your account or request broader deletion, contact us. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your server account.
We may retain limited records where needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. Copies in backups and service-provider logs may remain until their applicable retention cycles expire. Retention depends on the purpose and type of record; contact us for details relevant to a request.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to or a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your concern.
For access, export or deletion, email you@wiseroutine.ai from the address associated with your account. These requests are currently support-assisted, not a self-service export or deletion feature. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation.
Security
We use HTTPS, account-scoped access controls and encryption of stored calendar authorization tokens to help protect information. Our servers must process calendar and routine data to provide scheduling; the service is not end-to-end encrypted. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Protect your email account and devices, and do not share sign-in codes or session credentials. Report a suspected security issue to you@wiseroutine.ai.
Children and policy changes
Wise Routine is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where required. New optional uses that require consent will not be introduced solely by changing this policy.
